X-ray Testing Services

Should there be a product failure at the design or manufacturing stages, a visual inspection may identify the cause; but BGA/uBGA failures may not be so readily identifiable. X-Ray testing services can save both time and costs, and are included at no extra charge for small volume runs and express prototyping. We will prepare and email a photo to you.
